How do I add monogramming?

Every product that has a monogramming option will say "Monogramming Available" and take you to the monogramming options page. After you've added the product to your cart, add the monogramming product as well, choose your preferred font style, correct amount of letters you'd like, as well as color of thread. Make sure to write the name and which product you'd like the monogramming applied to if you have multiple in your cart. If the product is already in your cart, you can add monogramming here.

Please note: Embroidery can not be applied to sale items. Blankets will ship without the embroidery and the embroidery will be refunded. 


How should I care for my purchase?

Machine wash cold in gentle cycle. It is best to dry flat or hang dry. Do NOT use fabric softener or bleach.


What is your shipping policy?

We process orders Sunday thru Friday. Typically orders ship out within three to five business days. Items ordered during Jewish & Secular Holidays will ship out within one to two business days once business resumes.

Once we send out a tracking number, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


How soon will my Petals & Peas purchase arrive?

Retail: We know (and love) that you can’t wait to get your new blanket. During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the estimated time required for delivery, as well as the various forms of delivery available.

Wholesale: Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 weeks. There will be exceptions during busy season and holiday time.


What is the return policy?

Retail & Wholesale: We hope you love what you ordered but in the event the item is too big or the like, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days from the day item is received with item in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging & with tags securely attached. Please email us with any questions before sending the item back to us. Items that are marked final sale are non - refundable. Buyer pays all return shipping charges. 

Please make note: All orders purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE, no exceptions! Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders.

Once we send out a tracking number, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


How can I cancel my order?

Retail: Cancellations can only be done within the first half hour of purchase as long as no custom embroidery was purchased. After this time frame has passed we do not cancel orders or give refunds. Your order will be processed.

Wholesale: The order will incur a 15% restocking fee if canceled for any reason.


When can I expect my refund?

After your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. If you provided your email address, we will keep you informed of when we receive and process your return. Of course, please feel free to email if you have any questions.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. In order to make an exchange for a different color, email us at info@petalsandpeas.com. We’ll check our inventory for the style you’re looking for and help you through the exchange process.


Do you ever have sales?

We rarely, if ever, have sales on our Petals & Peas blankets, for two reasons. First, we are already making a super premium, … offering available at attainable prices – by working directly with specialty factories and selling direct to clients. Second, because of the level of artistry involved in crafting our products, we produce them in small batches and find that they generally sell out.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please contact us for alternate payment options.


Why am I being charged tax?

Petals & Peas collects sales taxes where required by law. In instances where Petals & Peas is not required to collect taxes, clients are responsible for determining and paying sales taxes on their own. Each state’s tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax.


Can I buy a gift card?

Yes! We offer electronics gift cards in 4 denominations. You can buy a gift card here.
